Investment for Social Network Website with Audio and Video Management

I am in the process of developing two more websites for Indian market; one like craiglist and other in transportation domain.

I am running my own business in Hyderabad, India (Sowmya Graphics). We develop static and dynamic websites for customers.

I launched this website 1 year back (www.uthclub.com). And right now, around 1200 users are using this website. I want to promote this in a proper way so that the exact sections can be used by the users.

I am in the process of developing two more applications. Both are service oriented and money generated applications.

One of the product deals with deals. Any business person or individual can post his deals. So that it will be reached to the our local audience.

I am having good knowledge in application design, development.

Now, i am looking for investment to;
1. Develop the applications
2. Market these applications to reach proper people
3. To grow the current business
4. To support future proposed projects.

I am having idea of how to make this success from my side. But, I want to take the experts advise once, i got investment.
