Virtualdukaan.com will create the unique Internet B2C and B2B portal offering a unique platform to connect worldwide buyers and sellers under one roof. Dukaan is Hindi word which in English means “Shop”. Virtualdukaan.com will create an Internet based brand that sellers will recognize as a leader in the promotion, marketing and sale of its product in the online marketplace. Portal revenues will be generated from:

(1) Ecommerce commission paid by product sponsors;
(2) Advertising fees paid by advertisers;
(3) Sale of sponsorship packages for premiere site placement.

- Real Earning to each member will be the most attractive feature of our portal. This will be based on concept of profit sharing and will convert each user as stakeholder in success of our portal.

o Each member will be able to earn commission for his
o lifetime if he refers some new member but
o Website need not to provide commission from its own fund because commission will be on each sale and purchase of new user and will be part of sale price.
o This will not hamper competitiveness of Sale prices in portal because these commission will be very low (say .025% of base price) but

Presently, there are many B2B and B2C website focused for providing platform for sale/purchase of goods in the Internet market place, such as: www.ebay.com, www.alibaba.combut they don’t offer sharing of profits with users as stakeholders so users’ loyalty is some what limited. Users frequently shift to different e-commerce websites for sale/purchase of goods. Their exclusive focus is on selling products or providing content without providing a rewarding experience.

We believe that we can move strategically by providing users opportunity to become a stakeholder in our portal’s success and capture a large market share in industry before other companies can achieve a similar presence and win users’ loyalty also in this fiercely competitive online market place.
