We have very limited competition at this stage. Current competitors are conventional fabricators and carpenters. We have USP of installing the total pharmacy in 6 to 8 hours of time. In order to sustain the market share we want to make the products more affordable by cutting down our purchase cost. Look out for localizing the fast moving products and manage inventory well. We have a great client list, and very good brand image is already created.
Rationale for the deal
We are present only in the southern parts of India. We have great market demand and potential for these products. We are not able to meet the demand and complete the orders on time due to capital limitation. We have also established good sales network in selected cities. More opportunities exist that are untapped. We have very strong market idea and well experienced work force. We are the first one to offer such concept and solution to Indian customers. We want to capitalize and reap the benefits of this hard work being done.
Use of financing
The investment will be mainly used to strengthen the inventory level. We want to open more display centers and spread the brand to other leading cities.
We need one-time investment in the requested amount. With this we will be able to increase 3 times the sales revenue. A second or third investment stage may be needed only to grow to 6-fold from the current stage.
