Acquisition of Manufacturing Business Units

The purposes of this investment project are 1) Acquisition of manufacturing units; 2) Getting them to running condition and profit making organization; 3) Selling them.

My intention is to buy companies which are currently facing financial challenges and have existing client base.

The Acquisition happens in 6 stages
In and around the city there are a number of manufacturing units which are unable to hit the growth chart due to financial reasons.
Our main motive is to buy these companies, promote them, stabilize finance, get them to make profit and sell them at a higher price.

We already have a list of companies we want to buy ready with us. We are currently looking for strong financial partners.

During the Acquisition the property being bought will be mortgaged to the investor securing his finance and once the investment amount has been returned to the investor (as per discussed terms) the investor will release the property documents to our company.

Investment amount may vary from project to project.
