Manufacturer and Exporter of Granites and Marbles Seeking Funding

I am looking for an investor for my export business, we are handling manufacturing and exports of granites and marbles to various countries for the last couple of years.

We are exporting granite & marbles to various countries for the last couple of years and we have built a very good client list around the globe. As our business is growing, we have generated a lot of orders and we need additional funds for which the returns are 100% sure and also the profit ratio is pretty high with no risk of loss.

Today the intensive construction operations everywhere create huge demand for Indian granites all over the world.

The company is already exporting and is looking for expansion. Additional funds will be needed for doing business in the next level.

We export granites against conform orders from our overseas clients.

There is no doubt that granite should sell - we are able to fulfil only 30% of our orders.

Payback period will be maximum 2 years.

The investor will get very good retains, almost double of what any bank would pay, and sometimes even more than that.

Almost all the countries are buying granites from India.

We do have a better advantage over the competitors due to 2 major reasons: strong buyers and strong suppliers.

The business is sustainable and our success can't be replicated by competitors.

As it is an export business, we buy granites in Indian Rupees and sell it in Dollars with a good margin.

It is a proven, working and profitable model. Other exporters are minting money too.

The investment will be used for exports of granites against the confirmed orders.

Since the orders are huge we need additional funds.
