Fly Ash Brick Manufacturing Start-Up Seeking Equity Investment

We are fly ash bricks manifactureres. Funds are required to buy machines and infrastructure. We offer to investors profit sharing for a period of 10 years. Our material is eco friendly and innovative. The base material is easily available: We are recycling and reusing fly ash. We are planning to start operations within 1 month.

At present there are no competitors in the market. This is a new upcoming technology but at the same time the product is supported by the government and enjoys high demand.

There is big opportunity at the present and in the future. We can position ourselves well in the domestic market by promoting our product to the government. The product is well accepted because it is made of eco-friendly material. It can also be exported to Middle East and other Asian countries. I have done my own research on same.

The funding will be used to buy machines and develop infrastructure for same. We need funding in 3 stages.

We are offering a dividends sharing of 40% for 10 years
We need capital in 3 instalments:

• 50% to purchase machinery and start infrastructure
• 35% to complete infrastructure and install the machines
• 15% as start up capital
