Investment Is Needed for Bitumen Emulsion Manufacturing in Odisha

There is a huge profit of margin and the investor is guaranteed to recover his funds with in a year. Funding is required to procure plant and machinery to set up.

The product to be manufactured is Bitumen Emulsion. Production will start in the state of Odisha, India (Bhubaneswar), where there are no Bitumen producers. Our target market includes the all-road construction contractors. They have to use our product and presently all are depended on other usually neighboring states.

There is a return for this investment opportunity, ranging from 6% to 12% per month during season (i.e. from November to January) of total investment. The project will be completed within a month of time and we can start production.

I need an investor who can invest at least 60 Lakhs to start with. The investor will be offered to become my partner with a profit share of 60%.

There is no such manufacturing unit in my state and all costumers are totally depended on other/neighboring states. Some companies have made their depots but our rates will be more competitive to get the market.

I have vast experience in this product and able to set up the plant with the help of my team. I am experienced in the total activities starting from Operation to Sale, including Administration, Account, Purchases, Manufacturing, HR/IR, Marketing, Sales, etc.

I need Rs. 60,00,000/- to procure Plant and Machinery and Rs. 10,00,000/- as working capital.

I need investor in any form and I offer 60% of my profit share to him/her.
