As raw materials for the concrete blocks manufacturing we will be using cement and Fly ash. In India the availability of Fly ash is ample and growing. It is also under-utilized. It can be effectively utilized in construction.

EBITDA margin will be 40% the first 2 years and 20% the third year of operations.

Using light weight blocks is cost saving, energy efficient, pollution free, and earthquake resistant.
