This investment project is about manufacturing natural essential industrial oils from organic raw materials.

Ours is a government sponsored project for manufacturing natural essential industrial oils from self cultivated organic raw material. We require project finance of USD 25 millions in the form debt/ equity/ joint venture. Funds are required for the purchase of land, plant and machinery and creating infrastructure.

The product we manufacture has worldwide requirement. The demand far exceeds supply. The promoters have necessary qualifications and experience in the industry. Reserve Bank of India permits 100 percent foreign direct investment. Business plan with financials and supporting documents available.

The pay back period is 10 years. However we have plans for IPO in the 4th or 5th year in which case payment can be made earlier. The project implementation will start from day one on receiving the funds.
