SEO Services to Fast-Growing Companies in India

The main concept of the project is to offer SEO services (i.e. generating links on Google and marketing the companies’ products through Internet) to the growing companies in India. To do so I need funding for 10 systems, workers, space & setup costs.

Search engine optimization (SEO) is a set of activities aiming to improve the visibility of a website in organic search results (also referred to as non-paid or natural search results) for a specified set of keyphrases (search queries selected for promotion).

SEO is one of the most efficient strategies for getting maximum benefit from your online presence. A company that offers such services is called an SEO company.

Search engines use specific algorithms to determine what website will be ranked higher for some particular query in search results. These algorithms are kept strictly confidential, but their general concepts and principles can be found if you spend some time and analyze search engine behavior.

These algorithms are constantly changing, so you will have to constantly track these changes. Besides there are some prohibited SEO techniques that you should know if you do not want to be penalized by search engines.

I intend to sell the services described above to fast-growing companies in India.

SEO is a very important service for growing companies since nowadays people search and find information about everything, including business, through Internet. Internet could be seen as a big advertising media. Indian website designers are still using the old Indian type of SEO (initial stage services). In contrast, I know well the specifics of Google and I am confident that I can provide a much better SEO service to the customers.

My opportunity is to target growing companies by offering them to improve the ranking of their websites on the Google search page. I will generate revenue by collecting a service fee.

There are other marketers offering this service but the quality is poor, sometimes their services even block the websites (due to illegal work against Google’s privacy policy).

To realize my project I need the following:
10 systems
12 workers (10 system analysts + 1 marketing expert + 1 team coordinator)
Working place (premises to be rent + tables, chairs, Internet, etc.)

My aim is to have simple work through resulting in high profit.

Initially I will need 7500 US dollars.
