A Design and Build Company requires project funding to develop the office spaces of MNCs / Corporate Clients. We can guarantee assured returns of 12 to 15% per year.

We are an architectural and interior design firm based in the Finance Capital City of India, Mumbai. We have been providing Design and Build services to Many MNCs and Corporate Clients.

Few of our clients are Bosch Rexroth, Koelnmesse YA Trade Fair, TATA, Samudera Shipping Line India Pvt Ltd, World Kitchen, Enrc, Nokia, Avery Dennision, Vodaphone, APL Logistics, Etc.

As all these company offices are on leave and license basis, we would like to furnish the bare-shell offices and lease it to them on 5 year lock in time.

The work on a 10K to 50K square feet office takes approximately 2 to 6 months of time, so the returns on the investments will start within a short span of time.

The investment for each project shall be of variable value ranging from 30 to 40 USD per square feet.

There shall be legal agreement which shall be done between the landlord and the client, ensuring returns without any delays and no hindrances.
