We are in the field of construction (Real Estate) and have good personal network in the industry.

We have in hand work orders for about US $1400 million and can easily execute any projects up to US $5000 million.

Cash Payback Period is 36 to 60 months with minimum return on investment of 15%.

We are looking for PE/JV partners or T/L on agreed terms and conditions.

The fund shall be solely used for the purpose it was raised (diversification). The repayment can be started 120 days after the deal.
