There is a huge untapped market for the middle income group in Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat. The demand is ever increasing and these locations are a hot spot for the actual end users.

There is a slight slowdown at the top echelon of the pyramid however, the demand in the middle income group is increasing day by day.

There is a huge gap between the demand of affordable housing for salaried consumers and its supply as most of the Developers in India are targeting high-end clients.

Opportunity for the investor

We offer the investors 10% assured returns (higher then the Bank deposit rate) + 50% profits generated on the projects. We are offering this as we want to en-cash on the goodwill created by the firm over the years and to increase the number of projects under its wings.

The minimum lock-in period will be 5 years or the project cycle which ever is earlier. We are looking for a silent investor as projects would be executed by us.
