The company is looking for a Venture Capital Fund or Private Equity partners to finance or co-finance the project with working capital of INR 10057600000 ($220 million) to purchase land and construct the 2 stages of the project.
The project will be developed as one of the finest projects in Panvel & surrounding Areas. The Company will have possibilities of developing, leasable & saleable Area of over 7.5 Million Sq. Ft.
The project will be a premium project in the vicinity, with all the necessary infrastructure and facilities like: Theme Park, Shopping Mall, Multiplex, Food Court and a Premium Residential & Commercial Township. The amenities will include Landscape Gardens, State-Of-the-Art Gyms, and Swimming Pools, Meditation Hall, Temple and all the modern facilities.
