We require an investor to invest in a Sustainable Development Residential project to a tune of $400000 to $1000000. The fund would be utilised to procure land.

Residential Site-al (plots) development on sustainability.

Project already positioned to a group (Alumni)

Revenue generation is thru sale of these sites/plots. 30% on booking and 70% on Registration of the sites/plots in 3-6 months.

The market is already secured along with the identification of land.

Landowners met, price negotiated. Funds required for the next step of legal documents, clearances and approvals.

Project can be started in 30 to 60 days from the date of infusion of funds. The funds would be utilized to procure land and the revenue generation will start from 60 days onwards. Project completion would be 15-18 months.

Need $400000 to $1000000 in 3 months with minimum investment of $400000 to start with.

Investment will attract a return of 18% per annum for two years OR Profit in the project.

There is no competition as the market is secured as a bulk sale to a group (Alumni)
