We are planning to develop a Luxurious Villa Project for HNI Clients in area covering around 8,40,000 Sq Ft and looking for Joint Venture Developer.

The project is to provide the niche high net worth individuals and for the rich and famous - an ultra-luxury designer out home at a distance of about one & a half hours drive from Mumbai, the financial capital of India.

We will provide to our clients customized bungalows with the absolute freedom to decide the total area of the bungalows as well as their surroundings.

The exquisitely designed & furnished homes offering world class luxuries, contemporary amenities and exemplary services.

The untapped luxury real estate segment with Panvel being the destination of the project makes it an exciting and profitable venture.

There was a certain trepidation and concern because of the uncertainty in India currently, but there is no slow down at the top of the pyramid which is related to Luxury – Buying in India.

According to a study by Assocham & Yes Bank, the Luxury Market in India is pegged to grow at 25 percent a year between 2013 and 2015 and may be around 82500 Crore from current Rs: 44000 Crore in three years.
