We are looking for investment of 75 to 150 INRCrores for land acquisition. The land is suitable for Coffee and Cardamom plantation and also has a provision for Dairy Farming. There is also another land plot which has been identified as suitable for a power project.
11% of ROI is expected from the second year.
Products we are planning to produce are:
• Milk from Cows and Buffaloes
• Milk Products
• Coffee
• Cardamom
• Energy (second land plot)
The cash payback period will be in 5 years.
The investor will get 20% stake in the company.
We are just starting up. As the first stage we have to acquire the land as soon as possible.
Use of financing
The entire fund will be used for land acquisition and investment in machinery, cattle and the coffee and cardamom plantation.
