As I have lots of customer approaching me. If I will work as broker, I will just get very less amount as brokerage. Here if I purchase the Land, and then sold it, I will earn minimum profit of approx 25% within 1-2 Month. If I hold the Land between 9-12 months my profit will go upto 75% (min)
