We need to set up distribution and collection offices in Delhi and Mumbai, India.
A set up for distribution and collections is required in Delhi and Mumbai, India. Apart from the regular revenue sharing the real estate potential of the premises will be an extra bonus.
Requirement for each of the offices will be:
• 1 Back end (male/female), 2 front office (female) and 2 field (male) staffs.
• 2 computers and 1 printer.
• Phone lines, stationary, office furniture and other miscellaneous
You will be working directly with the owner. This would be a direct partnership on successfully tested business.
The business has given great returns against the investment made so far. So Far all the 280 customers have been acquired by 1 employee rotating between phone and field. Each acquired customer has a value of minimum of Rs. 5000 (USD 93.5) per year. With the infrastructure and staffing as described above we would obtain at least 1000 customers on board every year plus the revenue from the renewals.
As mentioned before, apart from the profit from investment in business benefits will also come from the appreciation of the rates of the premises bought.
We have direct experience on placement of this business in the market place. Additionally the current customer base has an opportunity from renewals and also gives credibility for presentation.
Revenue potential is already established, i.e. Rs. 5000 (USD 93.5) per customer per year and capitalizing on the same would be immediate. Revenue will start flowing in within a month of investment being made.
The funding will be used for setting up the offices with the required infrastructure as well as for working capital.
14% interst on the investment with payback period of 3 years. A long term equity as a silent partner can be awarded.
