We are looking for a debt investment, the repayment period expected is minimum 5 years, and the interest rate we are looking at it is from 3% to maximum 5% per annum.

We have an ongoing project of 3 BHK Opulent Row Houses at Gandhinagar, Gujarat in India and intend for expansion of our project by purchase of more land for the purpose. Each residential row house is a two storey building and the current demand is on a higher side and the turn around period is also faster. There is huge demand for such 3 BHK Row Houses in Gandhinagar.

There is a solid demand for this project and its turnaround period is very quick - the project will get completed within a period of 12 to 18 months.

The gated community has fully equipped with all modern amenities like a Club House, Park and a Temple. This makes our project even more attractive. The work at the site is going on in full swing. The entire project is covered with a security wall and has an elegantly designed Entrance Gate and Security Cabin as well. Hence, the project ensures security, peace and elegance.

We plan to do two to three projects at the same time getting staggered over a period of three to four months, where in we get the continuity of the business.

For this purpose we are looking forward for a fund which could be returned at interest rate of 6% PA.
