Proposal for Building a World Class Township at Trivandrum - India

To improve the infrastructural facilities in Kerala to provide peaceful and safe
environment for a pleasant living to the common man at reasonable rates.

The proposed project is a unique one of its kind in Kerala, a self contained mixed use
mega township at Kochu Veli, in the vicinity of Technopark area, one of the fastest
developing areas in Trivandrum city. The total outlay is 70 acres with the beautiful
Akkulam lake on one side and the front access opposite to Kochu Veli Railway Station.
The site has direct access from NH bypass.
The project is to develop the proposed site into Villas, Apartments, Multi Housing
units, Row Housing, Service Apartments, Retirement Homes and Holiday Homes. It
would also contain Health Care Centre, Multiples Mall, Educational Institutions,
Commercial Space, Convention Centre, Yatch Club and Coffee Shop etc.
