I am looking for investors or venture capitalists for my construction business.

The Business:

We are 25 years old Construction Company. We are a custom residential home builder that specializes in modular construction. We own a building facility, tools, experience and designs. We are interested in creating high performance homes in small cities for individual house. We looking for Investor to finance House Projects in UP

Minimum amount of investments: Rs. 5000000 – 10000000/-

Profit of Investments: 25%-30%

The Investor:

Seeking project investors starting at a minimum of Rs. 5000000/-. The money will be used to fund the building of a single family home. The design and construction phase takes approximately 90-120 days, and we project to sell the home within 1-6 months.

The property will be offered as surety, therefore there is no risk to the Investor. The profit will be distributed equally between the investors and the owner of the company after completion of the project.
