We are a Real Estate Development firm in Mumbai. We are at the start-up stage in that business and already have good location properties in Mumbai, Pune & Thane
The project which we want to start with is called Heaven-Life Style. There is 28,000 sq. ft. land located in Kalyan-Thane valued at around INR 7 Crores ($10 Million). The rate per sq. ft. in that area is Rs.7500 ($ 150). There are projected three wings and as per architectural report we should develop the property up to 70,000 sq. ft.
It is a good and really profitable proposal for persons who have the required amount in form of liquidity or bank FD.
The project going for redevelopment and construct total 70,000 sq.ft. salable area. In that total salable area we will get 35000 sq.ft. for sale i.e. our profit. As investor you get 10% ROI per annum + 50% share in Profit.
