I require a partner to establish a real estate development company who can invest in the purchase of land. The land plot size would be 5000 sq. ft. and the investment would be Rs. 4000000 (USD 74766). The land will be used as site for development of residential flats which will be all sold out. Time taken in completion of the project will be less than 1 year as land for site is already identified.
I have done advertisement for the sale of flats and booking will be complete upon setting up of the company and purchase of the development site. So no further investment for construction or else is required. All the cost of construction will be met out from the amount received from the sales of flats. Just land and registrations required. Project will be pre-approved by banks.
Approximately Rs. 9000000 will be the immediate profit from sale of the flats. Will make a payback of 6000000 (USD 112149) to the investor, that is half more than the amount initially invested. Open to provide long term royalty as a silent partner in the development firm.
