Reselling Farmer Land to Builders

Our business idea is to purchase land from farmers at nominal rate and sell it to builders or for other industrial purposes.

We need an investment to start our business. We have already contact to farmers and I know some builders who need land. We need at least a million for this project.

We require the money to purchase the land. The case will be doubled in 3 years.

The city of Indore (mp) is developing at fast speed. IIM, IIT and now Infosys and TCS are coming to the city so that construction is on demand and the builders need land for that.

We are also planning to develop a small colony for the inital stage investor in case he wants his money doubled. If the investor is interested in profit than we'll give a profit share.
