We are planning to create a bungalows complex of 10,000 Sq. Ft. with built-up area of 1600-2500 Sq. Ft. Our camp will have beautiful landscaping and all modern ultra-luxurious amenities.

The average project duration is of 24-36 months.
The average cost per bungalow will be INR Rs. 1 Cr.
Funding is needed to cover the construction cost.
There are lot of second home creators but staying at a sea facing luxurious bungalow is everyone's dream.
Presently, there are very few developers following this kind of concept in Goa, but there none in Maharashtra.
The bungalow camp will be located very close to Mumbai and Pune.
As described above funding is needed for the construction part of the project.
Minimum investment of Rs. 1 Cr. is acceptable.
We are looking for a debt Investment (in the form of loan).
We are offering up to 25% return on minimum investment of Rs. 1 Cr.
The lock-in period is 24 months.
For security reasons we are developing the land on investor's name.
We are looking for a silent investor/partner.
