Second/Weekend Home Bungalow Plot/Project Offers to Investors

We are an ISO certified Company in the Real Estate sector currently having 17 projects. We continuously acquire land, develop it and sell it out as bungalow plots.

We perform all activities systematically. We have over 17 projects in Second Home Concepts as of now and new projects are coming up. All our projects are our own; there are no equity partners/joint-ventures. Marketing is done by our team only. Income is generated from our own source of real estate.

We give limited offer to Investors in almost all new projects, with 10% of the plots given as a guarantee, and we take payment in full. We deliver notarized agreement and put customers' name in the website against plots allotted (as a guarantee) for them. Balance of plots sold on 20% down payment and balance on instalment plan.

Our highlight is that we give specified assured return, without any no speculation. All growth cheques are issued in advance, so that the customer will know what they will get and plan their investments and life.

The capital is used for further smooth running of the Real Estate projects (including land acquisition and project development) and is insured by the guarantee of the present land.

We have 2 plans of investments.

1) Quarterly Return of Growth: In this plan, the customer will get 18 Quarterly cheques and 1 cheque for the full amount. All cheques will be cleared in 4 1/2years. Return Rate is 22.22% p.a.
Example (Amount in Indian Rupees): Plot area 1614 sqft, Rate Rs 215/-psft. Total Rs 3,47,225/-
On receiving the full amount, the Company issues 18 Quarterly cheques of Rs 19,290/- = Rs 3,47,225/-
Plus 1 cheque of Rs 3,47,225/- which can be deposited with the last quarterly cheque.
This makes a Total of Rs 6,94,450/-. Customers can invest any amount to the extent of Investor Plots available in 10% mark.

2) With the second plan the customer can deposit an Amount of 3 lacs Indian Rupees or PLUS 1 lac onwards, 3 lacs, 4 lacs, 5 lacs and so on. The customer gets the investment double in 3 years. The Company issues the cheque in advance. No quarterly return. Rate of growth 33.33%.

We are not mainly in Investments. We have developed these offers due to our customers’ constant demand.
