With rising disposable and dual incomes, there is a demand for organized laundry services.

The management is having experience in the business as they were running the business successfully for the past 3 years.

Opportunity for the investor

The Company will offer Preference Shares or Compulsory Convertible Debentures. Board membership may be given and shall be no voting rights.

Dividend:
The company will pay dividends as per the agreement between both investor and the company. The dividend rate will be 7% and will be fixed on discussion between the investor and the client.

The company can buy back the shares issued based on the company valuation at the end of the tenure.
