[At Present Running Hotel in U.S.A.] and two from Goa, India [At Present Running Resort in Goa], with hospitality business background and experience from 10 to 25 years. Our goal is to set up a boutique resort with international quality services in budget. The business opprtunity for creating boutique resort with international standard is huge.

There are no such boutique resorts complying with international standards in Goa. Hotels/Resorts are either low budget ones or belong to the five star category. There is no such medium budget resort with international standard.

If we provide good international standard services it will be a huge success. We have own Marketing offices, sources and travel agent contacts.

56% of the finance will be used for land acquisition. 24% will be used for Constructions and Civil work and swimming pool, and 20% will be used in Interiors, Health club, Kitchen and Restaurant set up. Our company will also invest in the project.

We are looking for a single investor or a group of investors as equity partners. They will get profit share according to their respective investments. Expected return on investment will be lucrative.
