We are planning to construct service apartments, with function halls, restaurant in the above said site. Every day one lac devotees visit the Lord Sree Balaji Mandir, so there is no much problem to market our suits. We need your services to start the same in our site, which the total Project Cost is estimated around INR 45 to 50 crores, hence we need financiers on equity basis or as a loan of 1/3rd of the total project cost on 3 equal instalments and the repayment will be made with a gestation period of 2 years from the date of final disbursement. The same land will be given as collateral Security or Equity, as per mutual understanding.
