Finance Needed for a Resort Project Development in a Tiger Reserve

The promoters desire to set up a Forest Resort consisting of 12 log huts and tree houses in the immediate neighbourhood of Pench Tiger Reserve.

The resort will be located in Telia Village in the buffer zone of Pench Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh, which is 110km from Nagpur.

The Resort will consist of:
• 12 well-appointed log huts and tree house located within Resort.
• A multi cuisine kitchen serving all favorite items and food varieties.
• An Indoor/Outdoor Sports Facility.
• A swimming pool.

Water: Potable ground water is available in sufficient quantity.
Power: Solar power will be utilized as much as possible.
Staff: The resort will employ experienced staff in all key positions. We have made the preliminary inquiries from different sources including other resort to hire the right persons within the short time. The local village people will be given preference for junior positions.

Wildlife Tourism is one of the prime attractions in the Tourism sector and specially THE ROYAL BENGAL TIGERS. The resort is located in the Central India jungles which houses 50% of the total tiger population of India. Currently the park boosts of 13 cubs from 4 Tigress.

Promoters need finance for the Resort Project only.
An investment of Rs. 1 cr is required to construct the Resort and start the operation.
Outright sale of land with all construction would be Rs. 1.5 cr.

The investor can be a partner in the project on profit sharing basis or can participate as a pure financer.
