Investment for Cottages and Hotels in Araku (Andhra Pradesh, Viziag)

Araku is the famous tourism place in Vizag. More scope of tourist in place so we are planning the development of cottages and other facilities with hill view.

Araku is the only one best tourism place in Vizag (Andhra Pradesh). It is also called Andhra Ooty so many people like to visit this famous place regularly. We are planning to build cottages, conference hall, swimming pool with restaurant in the hilly terrain so that they can enjoy the atmosphere.

As Vizag is developing as a smart city with so many industries and IT companies, more people are living in the city and they usually plan their holidays in the weekend. So in the coming days more and more people come to Aruku as there are less number of hotels and cottages to cater the needs of these people it will be a perfect way to accommodate them.

Presently Aruku generates income 500 crores annually for hotels and cottages. This number may go up to 1000 crores within 2 years.

We have identified 5 acres land in Damuku in the hill top and we are planning 10 cottages, 1 seminar hall, swimming pool, and dining area with good landscaping.

Within 6 to 9 months, we can start the project and if start now we can complete it in the coming business season (October to May). In the season we will get 20-25% of our capital.

As per estimates we require nearly 1 crore excluding land.

The suggested capital structure is as follows: landowner - 30%, operating person - 30%, investor of capital of one crore - 40%.
