Approximately USD 0.7 million are required for the acquisition of 100 acres of land and the remaining amount of about USD 0.8 million USD is needed for developing it.

The revenue generated would be approximately USD 0.45 million per year - to - year basis after the facility is fully operational.We are aiming to create a huge recreation and tourist spot with a sea view which would include amazing outdoor as well as indoor activities. This would be coupled with a stay package, with an area, which for exploring entirely would take about 4-5days.

The ROI is approximately 17% to 22.5% once the facility is completely operational with all the plans being translated to real. There would be a lots and lots of whimsical but classy activities to be done to attract the visitors and make the spot a repeat visit.
