Resort Investment with Minimum Return of 20% p.a.

Developing a fully furnished studio apartment resort in Dharamshala (H.P.), a tourist destination with lake, golf course, restaurant, hyper market, we are looking for 1milion USD for these 228 apartments. We will complete the project in 28 months from the date of receiving government permission.

We are planning to construct 228 studio/one bedroom fully furnished apartments resort with golf course, lake, restaurant, children’s park, yoga center etc. All apartments have a view of the snowy Dolladhar peak.

We will return the money in 3 years with minimum return of 20% per annum.

Dharamshala is a city in the upper reaches of Kangra valley surrounded by dense coniferous forest of deodars. Meclodganj is a town known worldwide for the presence of the Tenzin Gyatso (Dalai Lama), very popular destination for Indian and foreign tourists. There are temples in the area such as Jwalaji, Chntpurni, Chamunda Ji, Sheetla Devi, etc.

There is a great opportunity for interested investors as another resort by club – Mahindra - is coming just 500m from our land.

The cost of our project will be Rs.1850 per sqft and selling price will be Rs.2750 per sq. ft.

We have already paid earnest money for the land and we are in the process of finalizing the layout or site plan.
