An Indian Intra-State Commercial Airline Looking for Investors

Our company has been operating two nos. brand new Cessna Caravan (9 seater) planes for the last 16 months (7th Sept 2011).

The airline in its new business model has been connecting 6 cities within the state, flown more than 22,000 passengers and clocked over 6.5 Nautical miles. The venture has stabilized after initial hiccups and is now yielding financial surplus.

In the meanwhile we have won two more contracts - one in Gujarat for two land planes (Cessna) and two (amphibian) planes. This contract should mature by Jan 2013. Similarly, we have won a contract in Andman & Nicobar Islands for a twin engine 12-16 seat capacity amphibians. Further we are in advance stage of discussions in five more states of India.

In the rapidly emerging economy of India individual states are extremely proactive to develop their respective regions. This preempted Madhya Pradesh a state in India to enter into a JV with us and extended support in form of seat sharing as well as rebates on certain taxes. Following MP state, the state of Gujarat and Andaman Nicobar also proceeded on similar ventures both of which we have won. Currently we are the only company flying dedicated machines within the state territory and have thereby establish a firm clientele

Our aim is to be the largest intra-state operator in the country to provide a fillip to the burgeoning economy of individual state in the country.

We are planning to induct almost 20 aircrafts in the next 2 years, which would be a mix of single engine turboprop, twin engine turbo prob -19 seater and amphibians in coastal areas of many states that are expressing good interest.
