BluByk aspires to provide value for money two wheeler (Motorcycles/ Scooters) service pan a wide range of brands in India.

This brand shall offer wide range of vehicle services using efficient methodologies and innovative technologies.We intend to grow locally and nationally. We request initial funding of $20,000 for negotiable equity.

Vision

• To create a 'One Stop Shop' to meet all the two-wheeler's needs under one roof by providing superior quality at reasonable price and become a Leader and Renowned Brand in the Two-wheeler after sales service industry.
• To Set-up a chain of service stations All-Over-India and to reach their number up to 100 stations within next 5 years.
• To cover the complete aspects of After-Sales-Requirements for Two-wheelers.

• To generate a net profit of atleast Rs. 15 to 20 Lakhs from each Service Station
• To target an average Net Profit margin of up to 10%
• To get the 5% market share in Two-wheeler after sales service industry

• Aim for getting ISO standardization
• To Set-up atleast five fully functional service stations within Bangalore city in next 2 years.
• To Set-up 100 fully functional service stations across India over next 5 years

• We use better tools than our competitors, so that we can deliver better service at lesser turnaround time

Action Plan

• Start the First Service Station in Bangalore by Aug 2012 with a capacity of 20 bikes per day
• Increase the bike capacity up to 60 bikes per day, over next 6 months
• Introduce the unique services like Rescue services, AMC, etc over next 6 months
• Developing a Standard Process for routine servicing of vehicles
• Expand the number of service stations to 5 across Bangalore within next 2 years
• Starting of “Automated Bike Wash System” across various places in Bangalore, over next 6 months
• Starting the Retail chain of stores (In house and external) across Bangalore over next 6 months
• Expansion of service stations across South India and to Pan India over next 2 years to reach 100 units
• Introduction of Bike Modification / Redesigning services across India

Funding Needs

Need $20,000 as investment in real estate and equipment. Payback period and ROI are negotiable based on interest in the venture.

Opportunity for the investor

Nature of investment can be discussed based on interest in our project. We are open to both forms of investment. We intend to pay back the investment in 2 years at 8% interest rate. Investor is welcome to take active part in our project.
