Installation and Introduction of Solid Waste Management System

We are looking for investors to execute the project. The investment will be paid back in 4 years and the investor can become a partner in the business.

One of the well-established State Government organizations granted permission for installation and introduction of solid waste management system with the participation of all its employees (1,80,000). All the employees will pay Rs.10/- per day. The turnover will respectively reach around 70 Crore per year.

The State Government will provide suitable land on lease. The contractor should construct the building, install all modern solid waste management machines and equipment. There may be an opportunity for the employment of 700 persons.

This is a private limited company, incorporated in 2009. We are having excellent business track record with the concerned Government department. We have 19 years of business credibility, good project management knowledge and 11 years of experience in the waste management sector. This is the only reason to over come from competitions.

I am the Managing Director of the company. I am a B. Tech Degree holder and MBA post graduate. My experience in the sector and the good relations with concerned Government department opened the opportunity to my company to start this project.

The investors’ money will be utilized for construction of 30000 sq. feet building, installation of all kinds of machines and equipment, purchase of required vehicles etc.

The investor can realize his invested money within a period of 4 years, along with attractive interest and can be a partner of this business. This is a lifelong business. Every three years, there is an opportunity to increase 20% income. We are expecting the investment in the form of loan or equity. All the formalities with Government for getting permission to execute the project are completed. The actual work can start within no time. Construction of the building and installation of the machinery will take minimum one year. The investor doesn’t need to get involved in the project execution. They can enjoy all the benefits without any involvements and manage the money flow according to the need of capital.
