The Group is interested in attraction of potential investor for reconstruction of the hotels, trade and business centers, apartment construction and current liabilities refinancing;
Total amount of necessary investments is USD 95 mn, which we are planning to be attracted under any possible conditions:
• Debt financing;
• Private equity financing;
• Quasi-equity financing, etc.
Attracted investments will help to significantly improve financial status of the group, renovate the assets and increase current creditability.
