Rare Earth Deposit in Mongolia Seeking Investors

This project is about finalizing the exploration work on the Tsakhir Rare Earth deposit located in Western Mongolia. Reserves of Zirconium, Niobium, Tantalum and Yttrium are confirmed and calculated based on exploration work up to drilling. Our company is looking for investors to finish the exploration or sell off the deposit. Various investment options are available to interested investors.

The Tsakhir rare earth element (REE) deposit is located in the Khovd province, Myangad Sum.
It is part of the plutonic massif of the fault zone which separates the lake zone in the west from the structural zones of the Mongolian Altai.

The per alkaline granite Syenite Plutons shows Zr– Y– Nb REE mineralization for which magmatic enrichment and hydrothermal concentration of rare metal and earth elements are characteristic.

The deposit covers an overall area of 11000 hectares (110km2) and is fully owned by our mining company.

It was discovered in 1989 by a Russian-Mongolian consortium exploration expedition. It was subject to the following exploration works:

• Ground geophysical survey (magnetic)
• Gamma Spectra meter
• Radiometer
• Sampling – 205 pieces
• Soil grid – 487 pieces
• Lithochemical – 355 pieces
• Trench – 21167.2 m3
• Drilling – 3358.5 m

According to the results the deposit contains approx. 7,500 tonnes Tantalum (Ta), 125,000 tonnes Niobium (Nb), 220,000 tonnes Zirconium (Zr), and 50,000 tonnes Yttrium (Y).
The average grades are as follows: Ta 0.02 %, Nb 0.5%, Zr 3.0%, and Y 0.02%.
Silver (Au) is also among the target resources.

We are looking for investors to finance the final stages of the exploration work. Alternatively, we might consider selling the deposit to interested buyers.
