Huge Opportunity For Creation of a Specialist Office in Maputo

Establishment of a local agency to promote and generate viable projects duly audited for presentation to Int. funders, guaranteed medium to long term projects.

Local office in Maputo,specialised in high value Public Infrastructure and professional private projects to be dully audited by recognized Int. auditors, thus ready for presentation to International funders and sovereign funds alike.
One of such projects, already under way in conjunction with the World Bank and IDA for a National distribution water network to the value of US$ 146 Million. It has already received approval for US$ 90 Mil , leaving a finance gap of US$ 56 Million, to be guaranteed by the Gov. and for which I seek funding.
I am acting on behalf of the beneficiary, which are immediately ready to initiate dialogue.
I shall also have access to several other projects like this one already in the pipeline.

A discriptive memory of the project in question is already available for presentation to the right interested party.
All the local decision making contacts at public level are available for meetings if the interested party can demonstrate adequate capacity of response.
