50 MW Solar Power Plant Investment in Tete, Mozambique with 30% ROI

We are in need of funding for a construction of a 50 MW Solar Power Plant in Tete, Mozambique with a good 30% return on investment.

Over 600 million people in Africa - 55% of Africa's population do not have access to affordable and reliable electricity. In Mozambique only 20% of the population have access to electricity.

The project is about setting up a 50 MW solar power plant in Tete, Mozambique and generating electricity in an environmentally friendly manner. All power generated by this solar power plant will be sold to the state owned utility - Electricidade de Mocambique (EDM) - by a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) as per the governments Feed-In Tariffs policy.

We require the seed funding for setting up a solar power plant and we are offering investors a profit sharing arrangement.
Following the Feed-In Tariffs, all generated power will be purchased at the rate of $0.25 with possibilities of setting a premium price. This would be a 50 MW power plant working 8 hours a day and generating 400 000 kWh/day, thus resulting in 400,000 kWh x $0.25 = $100 000/day x 30 days = $3,000,000 monthly.
Respectively, the annual revenues will be $ 3,000,000 x 12 months =
$ 36,000,000 annually.

We will be the first and only solar project developer with a 50 MW solar power plant, which will provide a competitive lead in the country (and in the region).
Successful completion of this project will enable access to future solar projects.

Increasing the use of solar energy will provide a clean, reliable and domestic source of energy while creating numerous new jobs.

Solar energy industry is becoming the most attractive investment opportunity in Africa and fundamental part of economic growth and energy policy. Businesses now have the opportunity of selling power via a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

Our goal is to provide clean and reliable energy to over 5 million people by 2026, and employing at least 50,000 trained and specialised personnel.

To achieve this goal, we will establish strong and strategic partnerships and help the government continue to create conditions to eliminate barriers and rapidly deploy solar energy, educating the public on the benefits of solar energy.
