The project is about development of a vacant land into a hub that connects South Africa and Namibia on the national road (B1).
The plan includes establishing a service station, truck port, hotel with indoor restaurant, fast food take away (such as Wimpy), general store, Nampost and Mobile police station.
Use of financing
Mainly for development of infrastructure and buildings.

Funding needed is U$2,000,000.
We are looking for a debt funding. Interest rate percentage can be discussed on the table.
The investor will be a partner for 10 years, after which the investment could be renewed.
