We are currently seeking an investor/operator that is willing to invest in an alluvial diamond prospect.

The reserves of 17-Million tons of diamondiferous material are set to deliver some 500 000 carats.

Previously the area had been covered by an exclusive prospecting license area. Then owners of the license had undertaken and complete a thorough exploration program on a small targeted area. The results were so positive that they applied for a full-scale mining license, which was issued to them. Unfortunately, due to management problems, operations were seized.

There are no direct competitors in this mining project.

The normal risk of a mining project, had been eliminated to a stage of almost no-risk, due to the extensive exploration work done and the subsequent successful application of a mining license.

Rationale for the deal

Namibian diamonds are in demand worldwide.

The investment funds would cater for acquisition of equipment, establishment of plant, and operating capital needed for exploration and test work, etc.

Opportunity for the investor

The investor is to obtain 75% shares in the actual exploration/mining license.

The investor is to receive 75% of all income derived from the project.

The investor may partake directly, or as a sleeping partner.
