There has been a known mineralization (the inferred Gross Tutara 55 mineral deposit) in the Kaokoveld Mineral Province. Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Lead (Pb) and Vanadium (V) anomalies and Gold (up to 110 ppb Au) and Silver (up to 3600 ppb Ag) have been discovered in the area. Previous collected samples indicate assay values of up to 43.3 % Cu. Uranium (U) mineralization and radioactive counts have also been picked up in the area.
