The K.Z. Copper mine located south of Windhoek is a currently operational mine with a capacity of 100 tons per day at the moment being. The mine is situated on a farm with access roads and rivers through the property and near the mine site. The end product is 99% pure copper. We are looking for an investor to acquire an 80% stake in the operation.

The current mining capacity stands at 100 tons per day. The average reserve grade is 1.35% per ton of ore. Proven copper ore reserves of top crop down to 270m are 42,371,100 tons (Guaranteed). However, mine potential is 100 million tons. Reserve calculation is available.
Though not yet calculated, there are also proven reserves of Silver (Ag), Lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn).

The mine has process plant equipment installed for the current operation, investors will then need to make operational adjustments to suit them e.g. additional equipment to maximize production output.

The investor will be taking up an 80% stake, and thus entering a strategic partnership in the mine. 20% is to be retained by the current owners, local Namibians.

Investors are acquiring a controlling interest in the mine of 80%.

Competitive Advantage

The mine contains proven deposits of Silver (Ag), Lead (Pb) and Zinc (Zn) though not yet calculated and not currently being mined as the main focus of the current operation is copper.
