Investment Opportunity
Namibia is well known for its quality rough diamonds. An investor is sought to enable us acquire a diamond concession for a block area with proven reserves.
This opportunity is mainly for offshore mining. The offshore mining requires vessels that differ in terms of whether they are suitable for shallow or deep sea. Deeper waters require special vessels with special equipment, while shallow waters require less sophisticated vessels that may just utilise trained divers.
There is an opportunity for an investment partner to invest in debt and or equity in this concession. The investor will initially control the bank account until debt is paid up.
We also have a prospecting license for onshore mining if the investor wishes to participate in diamond prospecting.
Competitive Advantage
Concession is offered for a particular block for exclusive use.
Geological studies on the block are already completed.
