Gold Mine Concession in Nicaragua

We are looking for an investor to help us buy equipment to extract the gold from our concession. We own the concession rights on 900 acres containing more than 125 000 ounces in the North of Nicaragua. There are also opportunities about the adjacent properties that contain 300 acres for 225 000+ ounces. According to our reports we expect to get 5 grams of gold per ton of ore.

This is an opportunity to be a part of a rich gold deposit mining operation and company. We have done all the legal and paper works like the license and company registration, so the investor will just start reaping the gains. They will achieve their financial goals through the business and may choose to also market the gold.

We are in immediate need of finance to purchase heavy duty mining machines and the adjacent concession.

Specifically, we need funding of $1 000,000 -1,500,000.

We have a major gold vein available - the gold is in the sands and is waiting to be extracted. Furthermore, we already have the concession rights.

We can arrange a site visit before any investment.

We own the concession and we have the necessary authorisations.

All we need is the equipment to start mining.

We can double our gold production potential with the acquisition of the land in addition to our concession. Everything is in place to do that.

We also have other potential acquisition target. There are 14 million ounces available in the region.

We also plan to implement a gold refining plant in Nicaragua.

We are looking for dunding ro buy heavy duty mining machines and the adjacent concession. We need the following:

- Mining process line
- Refining plant (we have identified use refining plant that we have rights on)
This equipment may also be brought in by the investor.
- Purchasing the adjacent concession.

You will be part of the gold extracting of the current mine and all further acquisitions.

We can consider equity position or debt with interest rates.
