Elite Athlete Center Looking For Partner/Investor to Build Sport Hall

We are looking for partner/ investor to build Indoor Covered Sport Hall. We need an investment of $ 500,000 for 10yrs pay back plan and 13% ROI.

The scope of the project is to build and operate a professional indoor sport facility capable of producing Omani Olympic Champions ready to participate in 2016 Olympics. The facility will incubate 60 elite Omani athletes that will enter into the Olympic program to become champions in 8 different sports. They will receive all the academic, mental, physical and financial support they need.

The investment will be spent on construction and training equipment. This will become the training center for the Elite athletes and will be open for membership. The Sport Hall will be constructed on 11,000 square meters with state of art sport equipment.

We have the sketch of the center and require financial budget. I am ready to discuss partnership opportunity for this project. The marketing and commercial benefits of the program are very rewarding. This will include Media Campaign, Product merchandising and promotions, International Athletes events participations, Uniforms and Athletes kit, Press releases and program publications and more. In addition to catering for the needs of star athletes the structure of the centre makes it possible to organize sport tournament, Boxing nights, Social events, exhibitions, fairs and other events.

• 18x9 meters Indoor gym & fitness hall
• Two 16 feet Boxing rings
