Investment Opportunity
Our company is looking for an investor in a ceramic plant in Senegal with a total investment of $35,000,000 and a capacity of 3,000,000 square meter yearly.
The Project consists in the installation of an integral factory of ceramic tiles with a production capacity to supply the Senegalese market and their neighboring countries.
The products to be produced are ceramic tiles for internal/external cladding and internal paving.
Rationale for the deal
To supply the basic raw material (clay) the company will have also an exploitation contract for a clay quarry of 90 hectares for a period of 25 years plus 25 years.
All licenses and permits are obtained in order to begin with the construction of the plant and to exploit the quarry.
Opportunity for the investor
We want to transfer all the permits for the exploitation of the quarry and for the construction of the plant for a price of $5,000,000 which represent all the fees of our company to deal with the documentation for this project.
