Established Marble Factory with Own Quarries is Looking for a Partner

I have fully licensed marble mines producing 15 different colors of marble and I'm looking for funding/partnership to expand our business into new markets.

I am a 30 years old international lawyer living in Tokat, Turkey, and I have marble quarries with 15 different colours of marble and a marble factory.
Tokat city is very rich in marble mines, where different types of marble are to be found.

The 15 quarries are all licenced to my family company. Samsun port (on Black Sea) is only 200 km from my factory and quarries, so we can use the Black Sea together to ship marble and granite.

We intend to start selling marble blocks to new markets such as China and India. We can can also open 2 depots in USA and Europe and sell 20 different marble slabs from our depots. Funding is needed to implement our plans.

We are open to different investment and partnership opportunities.

We are the only factory in the region who also has its own marble quarries. We are involved in this business since 1990 and we know how to make profit out of it.

We have a very good team, whose professionals have over 20 years of experience.

We already export marble tiles to USA, China and Europe and therefore we know the marble marketing of these countries very well.

We have lots of good relations and lots of serious customers who are really big buyers.

We have the opportunity to enter lots of big global construction projects in China and Europe.

Expected Revenues

My Profit target is to earn 3 million USD per year from our Chinese depot.
If I open a huge depot in China, I will sell marble blocks directly to our customers there. I intend to find minimum 5 customers in China and I have already identified them. If I sell 10 blocks to each customer every month, this makes 10X 12 = 100-120 different blocks in a year per customer.
For about 5 customer in China this makes100 Blocks X 5 customers = 500 marble blocks in a year.

If you calculate the rates, you will realise that we can indeed earn 3-4 million USD per year in China.

In addition, I plan to earn a total of 2 million USD from my USA and Europe depots.

Furthermore, we can be earn minimum of 500.000 USD form our İstabul and Samsun depots.
